Trevor Glass has been involved in emergency and disaster management for 22 years. After a career in EMS in South Africa and international disaster response, Trevor established a disaster and emergency management business in South Africa in January 2005. Following a decision to relocate his family, Trevor moved to Australia in 2007 and established Crisis Solutions International. Apart from managing the business, Trevor also serves as the company’s chief consultant and in this capacity regularly consults to the United Nations.

Philosophy

CSI adheres to the established response cycle of preparedness, alert and activation, mobilisation, operations, demobilisation, recovery. This philosophy forms the foundation of the approach to all projects. These aspects are reviewed in the context of the environment in which they will be deployed to ensure the solution is tailored, integrated, sustainable and cost effective and takes into account the local culture and economic and infrastructural constraints.
